We have been in business successfully for over 30 year providing an extensive range of building, maintenance and drainage services to the greater Northamptonshire area.
What areas do you operate in?
We are flexible and cover Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. However most of the work we undertake is local – we are proud of our roots and actively support strengthening the economy by hiring and supporting local suppliers.

Are you accredited to any trade associations?
We are fully accredited by the Constructionline, FENSA, CHAS and the Gas Safe Register so you can rest assured that all work undertaken is to the required standard. In addition we have the following certificates and accreditations: CSCS cards, Apprenticeships, Asbestos training, Health and Safety awareness and are members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen.

What are your charges?

Do you offer quotations?
Yes we provide quotations, our surveyor will arrange a site visit to discuss your requirements and to determine a scope of works. We will then provide you will a written quotation based on the scope of works agreed.
In certain circumstances it may not be possible to determine the exact work required to address the problem e.g. structural movement, in this case we may need to carry out investigation works in the form of a trial hole so that the specification and costs are accurate.
Who will supervise the work?
Each project is assigned to one of our management team who will be personally involved on a day-to-day basis helping to ensure our high standards are maintained and your project is delivered on budget and on schedule.
Have you ever been sued?
No we have not been sued.
Do you use environmentally responsible construction techniques?
Yes we are proud of our sustainable building ethos and endeavour to embed this in everything we do including construction techniques. We would discuss the constraints and benefits of the different choices available and come to agreement.
Do you recycle waste material from the site?
Yes we are able to cater for both the collection and disposal of new and salvaged materials. At our Wellingborough premises we have a recycling facility where materials returned from site are carefully separated and graded to ensure correct disposal. We are particularly keen to ensure that our carbon footprint is kept to an absolute minimum and that our environmental impact is reduced.
