Mike Richardson – Commercial Director
Commercial Director responsible for all contractural matters including client liaison, technical appraisal, surveying services and quality control. Twenty years experience in the social housing market carrying out a full range of works for local authority and private social landlords.
Extensive technical knowledge and practical experience in the modernisation, repair and maintenance of domestic property.
Daniel Hills – Supervisor
Responsible for the allocation of labour, materials and programming of works. Ten years site based experience in the modernisation of domestic properties for social landlords, multi-elemental void renovations and new build projects.
Responsible for co-ordinating direct labour and specialist sub-contractors.
Debbie Richardson – Accounts Manager
Debbie joined the company 20 years ago on a part-time basis to work in the office and is now the Accounts Manager responsible for maintaining the financial affairs of the company. She also plans and organises regular training for members of staff, payroll supervision, record-keeping for all statutory requirements and supervises administration team.
Debbie monitors the performance of suppliers and takes overall responsibility for customer satisfaction and regularly provides financial performance data to the board of directors.
Outside work Debbie is very keen on physical fitness, gardening and walking her dog.
Lesley Bird – Administration Team
Lesley is an experienced administrator who joined the company 7 years ago and is responsible for workload planning, liaison with our social housing customers, data management and is the principal support to the management team. Lesley has gained an in-depth knowledge of the full range of construction services we provide and through daily contact with sub-contractors and suppliers ensures that a high level of service provided to our customers is maintained.
Outside of work she enjoys gardening, walking, keeping fit and spending time with her grandchildren.
Amy Richardson – Administration Team
Amy joined the company on a part-time basis as a school leaver 4 years ago, working along side her colleagues she has a good working knowledge in the construction industry and is now a full time member of the team. Her primary role is to answer telephone calls from customers and suppliers, maintain accurate records of work in progress and monitoring deadlines. Amy is also responsible for liaising with operatives and for carrying out post-completion quality checks with customers.
Outside of work she is a keen photographer and enjoys socialising with friends.
