Work has commenced on the construction of a single storey open plan extension to the rear of 18 Millers Close in Finedon, when complete the extension will create a stylish open space living area to increase the kitchen and living areas.

In order to create an open plan extension to the communal living space, structural steelwork will be inserted to support the existing external walls and the rear elevation overlooking the garden will be provided with full width aluminium bi-fold doors.
The architectural design and materials for the new extension are being carefully selected to ensure that they match the existing property and the contract includes for interior finishes and the installation of a new kitchen which will have a vaulted ceiling incorporating roof lights.
