Established in 1982 R Richardsons Builders Ltd are Northamptonshire’s leading construction, repair and drainage specialists. From our central base in the Finedon Business Estate in Wellingborough we help housing associations, local authorities and private clients with their building, maintenance and drainage requirements.
We specialise in the repair and modernisation of void and occupied properties for registered social landlords and local authorities. In addition we also undertake renovations, extensions and new builds for Northamptonshire homeowners and industrial / commercial landlords.
Accreditations and Qualifications
We offer a professional, proactive service that takes prides in our sustainable credentials and robust internal training and development programme. We are accredited by Constructionline, FENSA, the Gas Safe Register, CHAS and are a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen.
In addition we have the following certificates and accreditations: CSCS cards, Apprenticeships, Asbestos training, Health and Safety awareness.
Professional Construction Services
Our office support team are on hand 5 days a week to support our construction activities and provide high levels of customer care. They are based at our expansive new Head Office in Wellingborough which provides convenient central base to service Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Our new Head Office is built to ensure that our carbon footprint is kept to a minimum and that our environmental impact is reduced. In addition our premises
· have secure storage facilities for equipment
· various stocks of building materials used on a daily basis
· a recycling facility where materials returned from site are carefully separated and graded to ensure correct disposal.
